  • Processing times may vary based on product availability, manufacturer lead times, or special order items.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders may ship via common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, or local delivery, depending on size and weight.
  • Shipping method and carrier are selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your order.
  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request and at additional cost.

Shipping Rates

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be available at our Pasadena, TX location by appointment.

Backorders & Special Orders

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection if a claim is required.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Special order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
